According to inside sources, PartyPoker.net is aware of the problem and currently rewriting the code as to put a stop to this.

What you’re looking at is several hackers who have managed to crack the security measures of the program and exploit lines of code. They leave ‘players’ - often several of them being from the same actual person - in rooms and accumulate masses of fake money (at the rate of about $1000 per 2 seconds). They then funnel the money to ‘real’ accounts of people who are playing in the high stakes Hold ‘Em games. It gives these players a huge advantage, obviously, because it allows them a better chance at winning WSOP seats or winning the big tourneys.

To avoid being auto-booted, the ‘players’ move around from table to table. What they are doing is against the ToS, and PP.Net is working on it.
